Kevin Duggan Chairs American Manufacturing Strategies Summit
October 25, 2011 – Kevin Duggan kicked off the second day of the American Manufacturing Strategies Summit held October 22 -24 in Chicago.
The event highlighted ways to improve processes and communications in American manufacturing to generate growth and stay ahead of the competition, including how to advance Operational Excellence and continuous improvement programs beyond current practice. Presenting with John McMurray, Vice President Group Executive (retired) from IDEX Corporation, Kevin spoke on achieving Operational Excellence to grow market share in a down economy. He covered the nine questions that enable OpEx, a step-by-step methodology for achieving it and a case study of how IDEX successfully created Operational Excellence to grow its business.
