We teach them to map the flow themselves; we don’t do it for them. We get companies to see their current processes through another pair of glasses, our lean glasses. We coordinate all levels and departments of an organization so they all see the same thing. We do not make assessments and recommendations; we provide proven step-by-step methodology for implementation. Our founder, Kevin Duggan, wrote the book on Mixed Model Value Streams based on many years of experience implementing lean in complex environments.
