The Duggan team consists of some of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the business. Like Kevin, they emphasize a "hands-on" approach, implementing Lean in complex operations. As teachers and mentors to the executives they serve, they provide the strategic and technical education required for their clients' cultural transformation. The team directs companies away from random point Kaizen into structured value stream results.
The Duggan team is comprised of qualified individuals with industrial, management, and executive experience. Each member goes through an intensive “train-the-trainer” program teaching the standard work required to help companies achieve operational excellence. Through education and coaching, the team helps companies understand the importance of every employee seeing the flow of value to the customer and knowing how to fix that flow when it breaks down. Our courses are taught in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, and French.
