November 2008
Wood Group’s management team attended an aviation conference where Duggan Associates was speaking on how to achieve Operational Excellence in the aerospace
industry and obtain bottom line results. Senior management then made the decision to adopt lean as a business strategy to achieve Operational Excellence.
January 2009
Wood Group brought in Duggan Associates to provide an onsite Executive Overview. The workshop aligned the executives with a detailed understanding of lean and Operational Excellence and how to apply it in their MRO organization.
March 2009
Operations transformation began with teaching, training, and guided application from Duggan Associates.
July 2009
Wood Group was selected to appear on “Inside Business,” hosted by Fred Thompson, to showcase their results in lean and Operational Excellence. The show aired nationally on CNN Headline News as well as CNBC.
